JROTC

JROTC is such a fun and great program to be in. It teaches kids about respect, responsibility, and discipline. You get to try new things, go to different places and compete against different JROTC programs. Last week JROTC had a big event. The cadets were going to Nationals! All these cadets that attended to Nationals were working hard and pushing each other for the better. Hope Apfelbach says” ROTC has been life changing, its installed a new type of motivation in me! Its made me wanna be a better person. I felt confident in Nationals and motivated. I wanted to give my all even if I threw up or passed out. People should join because honestly its not that bad, Its amazing program and offers so many opportunities. Plus they give out a ton of scholarships.” JROTC keeps you on your toes. It motivates you to be your best and to never give up even on the hard days. The people there are really helpful and unique in their own little ways. Arianna Bragg said “JROTC has always been amazing to me. The people, the atmosphere, the opportunities to improve yourself in multiple different ways, to make good friends, overall its just a good program. For the past 2 years, ROTC has been my motivation through high school, and it has let me experience a lot that I will never forget. Nationals was unreal. Being able to attend felt like I was a apart of something big. I was extremely proud of us in a unit, and placing 14th out of 600 NJROTC units was a huge honor.” JROTC is just a great honor to be in and i am very proud of every that attended nationals a big congratulations to them and every one that was there.
